extensive revisions to the source code

After many hours of coding, subcategories are now available for each category which has subcategories.

A current limitation is that each product can only have one category and one subcategopry.

Even I find this easier to use, but this was no small task.

At the point that I had to add a subcategory field to the page struct, it meant every http handler function needed to be changed.

The hardest part was the logic.. the (sub)category struct itself contains an array of subcategories which needed to be iterated through to check for already present subcategories when assembling the array from the parsed database..
